To me, lunch is pretty late, tbf. I get up at 4:30 am to hit the gym, so I can be home around 6:30 am to draw before work. Don't ask. I'm just weird like that. So as I have breakfast around 7 am, lunch at 12 am is kinda ok.
I mean my disordered eating is shining through everything I'm saying so far, but I'm working on it. An all-out has backfired on me before, but sticking to a different set of rules helped. So nowadays I just eat carbs for breakfast and breakfast only - whole grains, mostly. A bit icky for bread as it must be 100% sugar-free and otherwise consist of okay ingredients. But again, that's my brain being mean.
