I turned in my draft before any of this because I NEEDED to turn it in. Heh ^^;;;;;

But it's just a draft. I'd probably have to redo the whole thing. And try to get help from my professor.

I can't really explain it, but it's more "I don't know how to find the sources I need" not the whole figuring out the argument.

I'm also just bad at arguing. You never really seen me try to argue. When it's something I don't give a crap about, it's hard to argue. Simple. People usually argue about things that they care about.

I wouldn't go and argue politics because I'm not into politics and don't care for it. That's my whole point.

People don't argue over things they aren't invested in. Which is why I find college argument papers with a set topic dumb.

I knew it was a draft but a draft isn't the finished product and you can always add stuff. Now you can take take the ideas and google them and come up with sources for your stuff.

core classes/general ed classes

Idunno, I have no problem coming up with arguments even if I don't care.

Gen Ed doesn't give you topics on your major because not everyone in that class shares the same major.

Yeaah, it's not 100% specialization

We get our major and general ed, with required general education stuff to go with our majors. And we can be from all sorts of majors in general ed courses.

gen ed (general education) isn't a course.

It's the typical core content classes that aren't focused on one's major.

Things like english and college algebra or whatnot. Things that everyone takes regardless of their major.

Well...... yeah, but again, we don't have anything like that here.

The only thing I can recall is historical studies, in which we are forced to learn about our country in college.
(If you fail the language exam, you have to take the course IN THE LOCAL LANGUAGE) and if you can't pass this course, the college can prevent you from collecting your degree.
