take some rests to stretch and ice in between - or ice while you are on the computer. I have the wrap around ice packs so I just wrap them on and sit at the computer while I am doing it, a little awkward but I am trying time management! That not so fun part comes when you leave doing something about it too long and you can't even comb your hair or dress yourself.
Does your Canadian medical pay for Physical therapy or occupational therapy? If so, go for it. Very helpful because they can do ultrasound or electrical treatments that also help.
