They usually post it sooner, but the manager who normally makes the schedule was on vacation and l, though that's not excuse, didnt bother putting the new one up.

The manager on vacation shoulda made it for two weeks.



Sometimes, i wish i could be gm and run it the way i see would be beneficial. There are so many things i can see needs improved. But i also dont know crap about what it takes to be a manager.

Your store may have a management training program. You should inquire about it and apply if you're interested. There may be some prerequisites, but you'll have to decide if getting them is worth it.

Like, unless I can't get anything better. It is still a possibility to work my way up a ladder. Right now, I'm just there to earn money.

I hate when work changes the schedule - like I am driving in and they tell me not to come in until later - or I'm dressed ready to go and I'm told there isn't enough to do so stay home - !

Me: I only asked for one Saturday off and thus all Saturdays following got me off.

Because I'm one they can count on actually showing up.

WOW! that's a nice compliment! You should get a good referral when it comes time to find another job. Doesn't Saturdays work better into your school schedule anyway? Do you get free food there?
