she wasnt too annoying tonight~ so it was good!
some lady yelled at her over the dumbest thing ever though~ like we have our registers have a lower and upper part, and the lower part is to rest your basket on while you unpack it onto the upper level. we cant reach the lower section without straining our wrists, which are super easy to damage working with them all day, so if someone dumps their stuff on the bottom part we ask nicely for them to move it up and MOST people do.

cant BELIEVE she had to unpack her groceries all on her own
Sucks to be her because i was sitting outside with the manager while she had a smoke, which meant the two of us aka. the only two people with any sort of authority in the store were out of hearing range xD she had to waaaaait. some people are so rude just because. i hate it. we dont get paid enough to put up with that attitude.

I used to have a manager that gave out free stuff no matter the complaint. So, what did the people do? Complain more!
*brings me 1 chicken wing on a plate*
"They were cold!"
Me- "but you ate almost all of them and your order came out an hour ago...."
Manager- "omg im so sorry! New order! On the house! And 100 tokens!"

I worked at chuck e cheese.

like ok, but thats not the policy SO NO
i avoid calling the managers that just give shit away. they arent the ones that have to spend 20 mins arguing with someone over policy
