Idk but there's barely any taste
The texture is amazing though
There are two types available here, the Malaysian breed (white-beige) and the China breed (reddish-pink)
The Malaysian one gives a nice cronch and soup is more pleasant, China one is kinda mushy, but it turns the soup reddish in color
