Kyndreth - JinMay hasn't been on for quite awhile.
Fishing is a new thing since this past Novalia event. We got to collect 2 prizes a visit in the first week. That is why there are the blankets and medic kits, telescopes etc. and why there aren't many of them. They were only available one day so if you didn't go fishing then you didn't "catch" any.

Yuracye - I couldn't remember if you had preschool or kinders. Sometimes they just like a good story too. You know, there was an interesting documentary on NHK, last year?. about day care in Japan. The Head lady had an innovative way to deal with the children and one was to have the older 4-5 year olds mentoring the younger ones. I'll have to see if I can find it.

I read stories several times a day, they do love it! Some wander when they get bored though, and I only have so many books. xD
A lot of them don't listen very well, so they'll run around and do their own thing. /sighs.

sometimes the ones who wander just need an added activity - like coloring or building something. They listen and work at the same time. Then there are those who just have no attention span above a few minutes. Do you do puppets or anything with the stories or ad lib the stories they know so they anticipate what the puppets will say and wait expectantly?

Lemon: Eh. There's only so much I can do as a group activity before I get overwhelmed or bored.
We have 5 total centers (with 5-8 different toys in each), but they've been in my room since September, so they're bored of anything that's in there. I've even tried play-dough with several different toys (popsicle sticks, letter tracings, etc). I'm sure I'll manage something, it's when I'm alone with 9 kids while my assistant changes their diapers/potty time.

I made up the username Yuracye and stuck with it. That was back in my Maplestory days. Lmao.
Ahhh. I like Caedon, but I'm not crazy about the different colored monthly items. I'm really picky with items, so when they have a color I don't like, I deem it useless. rip.

Yuracye - I hope we have enough colors on Windlyn that you like so you stay with us! Can you play hide and seek with your class and tell them they have to hide quietly? Just kidding, it is difficult to come up with stuff EVERYDAY to keep them under control. But seriously the NHK/Japanology documentaries have some really interesting innovate programs that might prove useful.
I bet the kids loved when you colored your hair and wanted to stroke and touch your hair!

Lemon :: Well I go back to college to finish my 'Administrative Office Professional' title thing, since I already finished the 'Administrative Office Assistant' one. I go back in August and will finish the semester in December. (If all goes well of course) Then I have an optional semester that is for my 'Retail Management' title that's from February to May. After that I'll be all done with college and it's off to the real world.

I would have been done this may with that first title I mentioned but last semester was waaaay too stressful, (needed therapy after the last day because I'd get come and take medication to calm down) so I took this semester off.

Umm, I got a Tattoo on October of last year.
Cut my hair... Gonna be going on a trip to Sacramento in May to spend some time with some family I have there.

Ehh some of the items are pretty boring imo, but it's become like my home away from home.
