If your health insurance covers it, you should get an annual checkup (usually free with insurance). This way you'll have a baseline to see where you are and track your progress.

Yes, far better to get things under control sooner than later. It's much harder (and even impossible) to reverse the longer you let it go.

You could always work upper body and core if your feet are bothering you. As Lemon suggests, good fitting shoes are essential. So exciting to see grab the bull by the horns so to speak!

do small sets - like 3 sets of 10 to start and slowly build up, such as 3 sets of 15 - slow and steady wins the race!

Please go home and rethink your decisions to come through drive through when you have 0 patience and screaming kids and not know what the fuck you want after you have been waiting for 10 minutes of which you can pull out your phone, look up the menu and make your decisions.

That's what I want to tell people.

Even if I know what I want - I drive up to the big huge billboard screen with all these images staring at me and then they ask me if I want to try something new and I get distracted and forget for a second what I want!

(and sometimes the screaming kids can be a distraction for a parent too - even more reason for them to appreciate your calmness! - there is a reason they went through the drive through and not into the restaraunt :grin_wink: )

I wouldnt bring my kids if they were acting up.

There was a customer coming through the drive through and said they needed a minute so i told them to order whenever theyre ready and i went to do a couple of things while i was waiting.

The lady in the damn passenger seat mustve said something that i couldnt hear because the next thing i kmee, she made some rude remarks and they drove off.

Like, sorry I didnt know you didnt know thst passengers are hard to hear.

Gday to you too.

I just hate drive thru customers soooooo bad.

Oh, and there was a lady who was like "when did your double hamburgers change feom $0.99 to (insert actual price here) in the last 2 weeks?"

"They never were $0.99."

Did she mean the McDouble? They used to be 99 cents here and then went to $1.79

You know the drive thru is for people in a hurry so unfortunately they don't have much patience and it is also for the parents who's kids are acting up after they have been dragged around everywhere, so much that they are too embarrassed to bring the kids in... :cheeky:

My orders usually get screwed up so end up going in anyway, so just go in and get it to go a lot unless I'm getting just one or two things they can't mess up....

Why cant i find a YA book with no romance at all.

I outgrew ya for sure. But adult novels may not be any better with the romantic subplots, lol. I really despise romantic subplots.

I like some romance but there are times when the story is better without it.

romance is generally what sells the most but there should be some non fiction or science fiction out there with no or little romance.
