This week I actually had a lady call the next day to apologize for her behaviour when I was trying to assist her, I knew she was overwhelmed so I was trying to be patient (even though she was causing me to get a line forming)and she was getting huffy and throwing her stuff down on the counter because she didn't understand our policies. Anyway I told her to tell the people she was working for to call me and I would explain it to them and that at least resolved part of her anxiety.
