I am doing ok. I pulled my arm a couple nights ago, so it is still very sore and painful to move.

dragoness: that is terrible, are you able to work still? Do they have sick pay for you? I found ibuprophen helps with the inflammation and pain and there are some exercises to do after to build back up the strength. Are you doing any compresses?

@ Lemon - Yeah, I was forcing my arm into motion, trying to not baby it. Nope, no sick pay. I don't like exercise. It just took a while, but my arm is fine now.
