Kind of restless, it's almost 3AM and here I am. ;;

Oby: Nope! Everything is done online until they call you. And so far no calls.

Oh that's diff from here then.

Yeah. But a lot of companies are switching over to that here and I am getting sick and tired of online apps ;;

Around here not all areas have internet so kind of not yet, maybe in the future internet based interviews and stuff might be implemented

Well it is the same here. They want the apps to be placed online. If they like you they will call you in for a interview. But online apps are harder to fill out because you have to put information down in every box or it won't let you go on through.

I don't have a lot of experience, since I stuck my butt in school so it's hard to put down anything for job experience since a lot of the online apps will not accept anything but a full previous job .-.

True, and also did your school not have on the job training?

They did but the online apps do not count that as a job.
