That's how I am Spy I will do really good and lose weight but then get frustrated at lack of getting to eat. So then I eat and gain it all back and then some.

I tried dieting once.... I tried the protein type of diet... From Complete Nutrition... And it didn't go as planned.... Actually trying to eat like regular people who have the time to only made me gain weight... -_-

I don't believe that there is such a thing as this is bad to eat unless your allergic to it. Anything you put in your mouth could have a reaction on you so I don't buy the whole only eat organic thing.
