I like the pie filling, not the pie crust. (unless it is the cookie crusts) I like apple crisp because the topping is like cookies and there is no pie crust on the bottom!

I made one as a final project for a cooking class before tho. Topped it with a strawberry "rose"
Ended up giving it to the nurse. Apparently she'd been unable to get lunch that day so that worked out well
