I wish I could tell a particular customer "f you you little bish" because of the attitude they give us.
Customer: I want a gallon of half cut tea
Me: im sorry, we are not allowed to do that
Customer: yes you are
Me: *excuuuuuse me!* No, we are not allowed to do that
Customer: the district manager told me I can get it
Me: just a moment *asks manager just to prove myself right* I just asked my manager and I was told we can not do that.
Customer: fine, just give me a gallon of sweet *proceeds to pay for the gallon of sweet and asks for a manager who decides to go ahead and give it to him*
So, we can get in trouble by corporate if we sell a half cut gallon. We do not have stickers for that. It is against our policy as we cannot give them with proper nutritional value. I cannot stand it when the manager gives in. If I was manager, I would be like "you can either take the sweet gallon or you can get a refund. We are not allowed to sell half cut gallons, no matter what anyone else had told you."
They do this every single fucking time they come to our store. If we keep giving them what they want even though it is against our rules, they'll keep asking for it.
They can go crying to corporate for all I care, i do not want to get in trouble.
