That is so thoughtful of you Kyndreth!

Yuracye, definitely pick up the new faces - I tend to avoid concerts because they are so loud and so crowded - unless it is like a symphony concert or individual at the University theater where everyone has a seat and the place is air conditioned  Sounds like you enjoyed your concerts though and hopefully that was enough to give you a like enegrizing excitement.

Kyn: Ahh, I was afraid I'd miss cool events.
Did anyone actually get the item doodle thing though?? I'd totally keep them, they look cute. ;;

Lemon: Ahhh, I bought a few of them! Now I'm back down under 3k feathers. Ahhh.
Yeah, I usually do too. I have bad social anxiety, so I just clung to my fiance and friend. I was pretty safe that way. The second concert, we had seats and an older couple sat next to us, so it was okay. uv u ///
I did! Even got Rick rolled by Deadmau5.
/facepalm

Heeh, I wonder if I should pick up extras of the faces, or if those will stay...

Eh... me and concerts have a history... we don't talk that much XD

Ohh, you don't get to buy the doodles, unfortunately~

Ahh, I'm tempted to grab them. Otherwise it would be another whole year before they come back. u vu//

It's fine! I never go alone. Yesterday was the first time it was actually just my fiance and I. It's usually at least four of us. Lol.

Awh, that's a shame. They're really cool.

I picked up a couple extras on the new faces too because I didn't know if they were just around for a short time or not

Mmm... personally, my preference is still for the standard faces~ Maybe the doe ones for cutesy-ness~ Otherwise, standard for me~ :D

Went with my ex~ Let's say most concerts didn't end so well~
I was blindsided by a mosh pit thing at the last one. Got shoved out of the blue and just lost it. Like, trembling and couldn't stop weeping, extremely frightened and defensive posture, and it wasn't that big of a venue. No sobbing, just, couldn't make the tears or the shaking stop. I think a lot of people noticed and were worried about it. Actually I caught a few people eyeing me after that, but I didn't know what to do about it so I just stood there crying quietly while listening to the music~ I bet people thought I was a weirdo~

They are pretty cool

sounds like a scary experience Kyn, I get claustrophobic in crowds and it really doesn't take much to get knocked down and trampled on ( Or so it seems in my mind anyway) so I feel for you!

Yuup, scared me to death, because I'd even had my eyes closed to focus more on the music. Then bam, I'm stumbling to the side and falling because someone just shoved me. I fall into someone. That's not so bad, but then just as I've managed to catch my balance, and apologize to the guy I fell into and step away. I get shoved again just as I'm turning. And then I get knocked into that guy again. And then I'm sorta reeling from being blindsided twice. And had no idea what was going on. Some nice guy actually tried to say something reassuring to me I think, and shouldered his way next to me and between me and the rest of the mosh pit. I couldn't understand what he said though cuz the music was too loud.

He basically stood there and tried to keep people from shoving me while letting me stay nearer to the center. It took me a while to understand though.

My ex tried to pinch my cheeks to make me smile, but it doesn't really work like that. When I'm having a mini-break down. In fact, that only made me upset. Because 1) getting your cheeks pinched/pulled into a smile hurts 2) I was scared and having a melt down and I didn't want to fake a smile and pretend I was okay at that moment.

Wait. So there are april fool items???

Kyn: Yeahhh, I never try to go anywhere near the mosh areas. I know a lot of places don't have seats/they're out in the open, but I normally don't go to those honestly. ;;
I'm a timid thing when I'm around people. But my fiance will keep me safe if need be, and we're usually with another friend. They're good at those types of things.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience though. D:

Your ex should've done more than that Kyn....
Could've even took you away from all that roughness

How gallant of the stranger! thank God he was there looking out for you!

So I was checking out the madewithcode.com site - has anyone checked out their site? It was quite fun (especially for those like me who need to figure out coding in a fun way).

Mmm... as for the mosh pit... I'd never been close enough to the front before. And never actually been in a position where I could really see the front. So mosh pits... never seen one before. Also didn't expect a mosh pit.

I've been to 3 concerts, 1 where we were stuck in the very back, another where we got stuck in the middle of a massive venue, and a third where it was clear enough I could go near the front. And then wound up in the first mosh pit I've ever seen and experienced.

My ex had gone up to the front earlier to enjoy himself, I was with a couple friends in the back. But neither of them were dealing well, because one had awful allergies and the venue allowed smoking inside. And so she was not dealing well with that. The other was on antidepressants that made him more anxious and made it so he had nausea.

So we all ended up separated, and I went off on my own :P

Mmmm... naah, I wouldn't have left too easy. I kept inching back a bit closer to the center
but like, was super jumpy
and retreated super fast as soon as people started moshing again.

Mmm... ever seen a pet trying to mess with something that's potentially scary or dangerous? Run over bat at it a bit, jump away? A bit like that.

Mmm... there were a few others I think, who wanted to help in their own way, and check up on me. Because mmm... I probably looked pretty pathetic. And confused some people.

Never tried madewithcode before.
