Maybe that's why the hyenas in Lion King got along with a lion, lol. They are felines and we all know that canines and felines don't get long. Lol.

My teacher's like, if you cover up the snout, it looks like a cat, and I did and Omg, my brain exploded, lol. XD
then I thought, it almost looks like a mix of canine and feline, but I think it's mostly the snout that makes me think that.

I learned my something new today - had no idea hyena's are from the cat lineage...found this...

"Although extant hyenas are rather dog-like in many aspects of their appearance, the family Hyaenidae actually belongs to the Carnivore suborder Feliformia, which also contains cats, mongooses, civets, and allies. Hyenas are thus far more closely related to cats and other Feliform taxa than to Caniform carnivores such as dogs, bears, or weasels."
