It probably was 10 minutes - I see how some people are at ordering! But kudo's to the person behind for being so patient.

I bought dangan ronpa v3 killing harmony and here I thought the protagonist in the first game was dumb as shit.... I was wrong.

I love this series, but the characters are way too stupid for their own good.

I really need to tell my parents that I feel like I need to get help for my anxiety. I start to feel panicky for no reason now.

Huh? It's not the same feeling caffeine gives. It's that feeling you get when you worry about something.

But I wasn't worried about anything.

I find when I'm really hyped up on caffeine I can get into the panic attack zone a lot easier.

How have you been sleeping? When I'm severely sleep deprived it has the same effect. Add the two together and it's really bad.

I have to sleep to get up and get to work at 6am. I dont trust my driving on 2 hours sleep.

I had been going to bed early, recently, and these past 2 nights I've gone to bed feeling anxious.

But, a bottle of soda isn't going to give me enough caffeine to be anxious and caffeine never makes me anxious.

It does make it hard to sleep, though. (The anxiety, not caffeine)

I used to think that caffeine didn't affect me too much too. It wasn't until I cut it out that I realized/noticed the difference. If you can do it, see if you can try cutting out caffeine totally for a couple of days and see if things (like sleep) improve. That's the only way to tell. It might be worth a shot before turning towards meds.

If for nothing else, it's allowed me to realize/become more in tune with how my body reacts to both sleep and caffeine.

sugar keeps me awake or rather gives me a restless sleep and so does too much fluids before bed.

Well, i didn't have any caffeine this past few hours and I'm still anxious over nothing.

My anxiety just been getting worse lately. I've never experienced this before at all and I know it. I've never went to sleep with a dreadful feeling in the pit of my stomach and a weird feeling in my chest before now.

I know when my body is experiencing anxiety vs running on caffeine. Caffeine, esp in coffees, makes my blood pressure go up. That's a totally different feeling.

It takes a couple of days for caffeine to clear out of your system. Also depending on how much caffeine your body has become accustomed to, your body may go through withdrawels of sorts.

is it a premonition coming on? A sense of something about to happen?

I think as far as food and sleep it is all trial until you figure it out. That goes for figuring out if the temp is wrong for you while you are sleeping, are food allergies playing a part, and someone letting you know if you have sleep apnea ( or recording yourself on the sleep App)- elimination as Galled commented helps to figure out what its not even if you can't figure out what is causing it. And the Doc told me about 3 weeks to see a difference.

I know I need more sleep than I've been getting.

Idk why I feel like this. It's like I'm preparing for something important but nothing important happens.
