hmm, ibuprofen is the generic name here ( sold as Motrin or Advil) but acetaminophen (Tylenol brand name) could work too for inflammation.

Mur, If the swelling doesn't go down or the white of the eye gets redder then go to the eye doctor to make sure you don't have swelling behind the eye or didn't detach your retina at all.
