I think it was more of because I brought her there, ditched her and didn't wanna do her dirty work :P
Prissy kids in international schools, man. Swimming goggles can mean life or death.

Yup, eyes stay closed use free hands to feel and guide yourself along the bottom. Swim using dolphin kick, totes works. That's how I used to do it. Though I also used to have goggles so I wouldn't have to keep doing that if I didn't want to. But swimming blind was fun in its own ways.

I can't swim XD
I could in an emergency but i don't go in the water anyway because of my eyesight. Goggles or not, i can't see very well without glasses.

Ryvvi came to visit and I wasn't on? WAHHH!!!!

I think there are prescription type goggles. And Alicat, do like I do...swim along the edge of the pool so you can grab it if you need too, or swim in the shallow end so all you have to do is stand if you are struggling.

One of the public pools near us let swimmers use the kick boards to hold onto while they swim so it keeps you afloat and all you have to do is kick. Maybe try something like that to strengthen yourself, AliCat

No thanks.. i could if i really wanted to but going to the pool or beach just ain't my thing.
Maybe when this new puppy comes to live with me i might go to the beach every now and then with her and my other dog... but i'd much rather stay inside.

well, in some countries the amount of pollution forces people to stay in and in other areas its the temperature, but for the most part I think it is the electronic world.
