Well, the first day I needed to get the sugar and the dry beans to make shiro an.

Then I had to soak it for a day.

Then I had to cook it, and mash it, and put it through a sieve and some cheesecloth (technically if I had the right stuff, it could've been faster but I didn't. So it took me around 7 hours to get that stuff done. I was gonna finish the shiro an, but it was 1am and I had to leave for work at 7, so I decided to go to bed instead.

Should be made tonight I think?

Well, that's after making the dough. Making the dough was where most of the hard work was in. Like making the Shiro an was the most labor intensive. Making the gyuhi was relatively quick too. Making the nekiri from the gyuhi and shiro an took a bit longer than the gyuhi, but it was the shiro an that drove me nuts. XD

The shiro an took like 9-ish hours of preparation and cooking + 12+ hours of soaking.
Gyuhi and nekiri were under an hour each.
