Jay, I was going to have a moi pond with Lillie's in it, but my neighbor threw a crap fit.... After we had started doing the concrete.... /gives life threatening glances in the direction of the neighbors place/

Where I live, there must be permission for certain things... I had acquired said permission but heaven forbid I could have strangled my brother for telling my neighbor what I was doing... Cause then he went and complained... So I have to get the concrete out and refill the giant hole in my garden.
Cause my neighbor is an arse.... That's why.

That is stupid Mika since you have the said permission then there is nothing your neighbor can do or complain about.

Without a valid complaint they cant deny you permission. So if he is just a jerk screw him.

Its not as easy as that.... I curreny reside in a trailer park. And somehow my neighbor has the right to say if I can have a pond or not... We wish he would get locked up already....

Ahh that is tricky indeed since I could then see if something might attract wild animals.

No... Its not about attracting wild animals... It might attract stray cats.... But first they said we would have to put up a fence around it so kids wouldn't fall in... Which was okay. Although kids shouldn't be in my garden anyways... But my neighbor found out what we were doing and just literally threw a crap fit... We had had the hold dug for over a week before he said anything.... He was just being an arse.... Because he doesn't like us.

I don't think our neighbors would mind if we build almost anything on our land.
I'm happy about that xD
