No ghost tea recipe but I do have a good relaxing bath recipe--
Make a strong tea of lavender and mugwort*. Keep it covered until it cools. Add to bath. 10/10 much more relaxing than just lavender.

* go easy on the mugwort and do not use if pregnant or trying to be pregnant

IMO the combination's more herbal and 'green' than grassy.

Lavender leaves gives more of a rosemary-like scent - tho lavender flowers are just plain fuzzy-floral for me.
Mugwort smells like... mugwort? IDK how to describe it. Like a mix of basil and camphor, but more muted and not sharp? It keeps the mix from getting too perfume-y or food-like.

Sandlewood is by far a nice scent for home imo, hard to feel dizzy
