laid still in bed for a while, worked on the scarf I'm making, watched dawn of the croods, and 'life' a new tv series I'm into, then came back out here after takign antoher IB.. so far backs feeling pretty good I think I'll repeat tomarrow and it should help even more utnil I'm able to move around..
