Keep track of what you are eating so for your next blood check you can see how you've improved or maybe figure out what else to eliminate.

I heard oatmeal is supposed to cause inflammation. Although eggs have cholesterol I have been able to eat them everyday with out an increase in my cholesterol. I don't particularly like eggs but I will eat them scrambled or in an omelet. (With little cheese of course). You can add lean meats or veggies to them as well.

Glad to see you are on the look out for what are healthier choices.

Good idea

Oh, really? Hmm, I might do scrambled eggs, just gotta ask me mum or sis how to make em, also egg salad sandwiches.

Yeee

Last night was good. Woke up way late but woke up to a call from my former work buddy who's now in the army. He says he's coming home in December. I chatted with my BFF and other friend on Discord VC, watching my BFF play a Kid Icarus game (can't rember which it was). Did some chores. Couldn't chat with my gf because my dad was sleeping on the main floor. Caught multiple shiny Pokemon and evolved a few unevolved shinies, also finally completed my shiny hunt of a specific pokemon that I'd been hunting for 4 days (5 if you include the day I went to work)!. Watched some videos. And generally had fun

Last night was alright
Managed to wake up on time, earlier than usual in fact, but then was asked if I could go into work!
So I went back to bed for two hours and went to work
But I was actually happier than I have been at work recently
I think it was because I wasn't expected to get a huge amount done, so I was more relaxed
All in all it was alright!

Glad it was a good work night for you.

I think I am having sympathy pains for you because my neck & shoulder muscles were so sore the last few days! But I have put hot compresses on it & massaged the muscles & took anti-inflammatory so feeling better.

Yeee

Ouch

Last night was good. Woke up late, chatted on the phone with my excoworker friend (he's now home from the military), had supper, did the kitchen. Then watched videos and played games. Got really frustrated with one of the Pokemon Violet mechanics but oh vell. Got excited for the live action How To Train Your Dragon remake. Tried to watch the original movie but it seems the DVD is damaged, because it glitched and then stopped working, so I messaged my sister to buy the full trilogy. And just had a good night

If you get the full trilogy you can binge watch during the cold winter days, snuggled in blankets. Christmas is coming soon too.

Indeed!
Christmas isn't that close, around this time September people weren't getting ready for Halloween! ><

Last night was good. Had time to watch movie with me mum but then didn't have time because I had to go get told what to do to take car of my friends cat. Played games, watched videos, did quizzes, etc. But a good chunk of time was spent in between activities wondering what to do next, I hate when that happens. Stayed up a little late so I can stay up even later tonight for the aforementioned cat. And all around had a good night

That is nice of you to take care of your friend's cat. It must feel good that they trust you.

Indeed it does!

Last night wasn't great. I got to work, had an argument with my supervisor, then started feeling pain in my shoulder and had to leave

oh no! Were you able to resolve the issue?

Do you think some of the pain is stress related?

Sometimes I have to take a deep breathe & hold it to keep from getting into an argument.

Did you ever get a diagnosis for your shoulder? Did I miss it?

Not really
Maybe
Yeahhh

Yeah, torn tendons and inflammation

Last night was good, got up mostly on time, ate supper, walked the dog. Finished Incredibles with my mom and started Incredibles 2. Talked with my BFF on Discord vc and together we started writing Star Wars stories, he's writing his own and I'm writing my own, but we're bouncing ideas off each other in a server we made specifically for that purpose, so that's cool. Finished reading my manga that I only started like 4 days ago, and started reading another one. Cleaned the main floor. And just had a good time

Thanks! It's kinda a repetitive routine that I'd like to break with things like visiting friends or going to the movies, but even so it is still fun!

Last night i woke up at 9:30! 8O
I had to eat, do the garbages, and the toilets, before I could chat with my friend! I managed to do it by 10:20 and chat with him. Not much story progress was made because he was playing Kid Icarus and getting frustrated with the game, but that's om because we can't make story progress every day
I then cleaned the kitchen and made my mom's lunch, also walked the dog when the rain wasn't as bad. Actually my dog was a bit annoying last night. He kept whimpering so I gave him more food, he ate a bit and started whimpering again so I moved the kibble so he could get the other stuff, then he whimpered more so my mom (who woke up because of his whimpering) told me to put the food directly on the floor and told me to wipe the area with a disinfectant sheet when he was done since I said it was unsanitary, then later on he started barking! Ugh!
Other than that I watched videos, read manga, played Pokemon, played Genshin, chatted with Discord friends, and just had a good time

Is it normal for your dog to whimper? Maybe it isn't feeling well? Or maybe just wanted some added attention?

I like you avi.
