Are the physical therapy appointments not helping with your shoulder?

Are you looking at how you sleep on it or how you are using it during the day to see if that is affecting it?

Haven't been to any physical therapy appointments, tbh. Though I probably should have done that

Not really. Though it mostly hurt when lifting heavy or big things, reaching high reaching low, or reaching too far forward

Last night was great! I got up on time and had a delicious spaghetti and meatsauce dinner. I went to the house where I had been taking care of a cat, so I could give them back the key and a phone, and they were very friendly (even though I didn't realize I was supposed to go over twice daily and had only been going once daily ><), plus they gave me A LOT of money as payment! I played DND, watched videos, played Pokemon, did some quizzes, and watched My Hero Academia! I'm now finished Season 2, so on to Season 3! Here's hoping tonight is another good night!

Sounds like a case for Bob and Brad, the two most famous physical therapists on the internet...

Last night good. Woke on time. Watched Titanic. Had good supper. Watched videos. Watched My Hero Academia. Stayed up late hoping to get a doctor appointment done on the fly, but they couldn't take me

Find two videos that address your pains and see if they help. You'll know within minutes of what they suggest works. It'll either help or you'll be where you are now--nothing to lose and everything to gain. Their vids have helped me numerous times.

I can't look rn, as I'm in bed, and I can't look tomorrow, as I work tonight, but I'll try and rember the day after

Last night was good, though I woke up way late because of staying up late in the morning. I had a dinner of Kraft Dinner. I watched videos, played a bit of Genshin as I've been doing for awhile, but mostly I watched My Hero Academia. It's just so fun

Now I go to work tonight, and it should hopefully be as successful as the last two nights I worked

I keep a bag of washed romaine lettuce in my fridge, (keeps it crispy in a sealed ziploc type of bag, I add a paper towel to absorb any excess water), a bottle of my favorite salad dressing, grated parmesan cheese, shredded carrot, sometimes cut veggies, so that I can whip up a meal real quick. If I have left over meat I will cut it up & add that.

As much as Kraft Mac is so tasty it is so bad for you, loaded with carbs (which make you tired & cause inflammation) and chemicals ( the yellow dye in it can lead to cancer) so I suggest you keep some ready to go healthier options. Watch out for meat products that contain nitrates as well.

Glad to hear work is going well.

That's a good way of doing things

But it's so good tho
Also I don't have it too often

Ye! And last night was good, too!

As stated above, last night was good. I had a burger and fry meal. I went to work. I am allowed to listen to music again (yay). I did quite well. I even got to go to the break room early and wait till the end of the shift again. I finished my book on breaks. And then I walked home through lightly falling snow (which picked up after so I'm glad I got home before then)! I helped my mom load her van before she left for work. I chatted with Discord and irl friends through Discord text. I read my next book. And now I go bed!

It really is

Last night was good. I woke up a bit late but probably would have woken later if my dad didn't tell me to get ready to buy some food from Walmart. I had a good dinner of those sticks that have chicken pieces on them, as well as corn and mini potatoes, it was quite delicious. I went to Walmart, got stuff, got out. I got home and did some chores before walking the dog with my mom. Then I chatted with my BFF for a bit on Discord vc. I watched videos. I listened to songs. I played Pokemon. I caught Pokemon on Poketwo Discord bot. My gf needed comforting because she had a bad dream about us breaking up, so I gave a whole speech about how much I loved her and that thankfully made her feel better. We then chatted in vc and played Minecraft. I played some Genshin and plan on exploring more than I already explored so I can do the event, every primo gem helps when wishing for characters after all. I had a good night

Tonight I plan on watching Star Wars The Skeleton Crew since my mom hasn't started watching it with me and I'm worried about seeing spoilers
Other than that I'm probably gonna watch a movie with her before she goes to bed

How's the shoulder now??

Are you still keeping up an exercise regiment?

The shoulder hasn't had pain in I think 3 or 4 weeks
I haven't been exercising it since the pain started for fear of making it worse

In other news, we've finally started taking down the Christmas decorations

I really need more hours. I've got renovations to do, a computer to buy, another computer to buy but this one for my mom, a trip to Florida to pay for, and a trip to the UK to pay for

Last night was good. I woke up on time. I watched more Skeleton Crew with my mom. I talked to my bff. I played some games (though idk how to access the Lantern Rite event in Genshin Impact). I rewatched Kimi No Nawa (aka Your Name). I watched some videos. And I just had fun

Can you ask for more hours or can you get a part time job somewhere else as well?

You are so creative, Npix, wish you could find a way to capture that and be self employed or make some $$ that way.

Wow, a trip to Florida AND the UK !? Sounds like fun stuff coming up.

So sweet of you to want to buy your Mom a new computer. Watch for sales, I know towards graduation time many computers & laptops etc come on sale.

I've asked many times in the past. All part timers are only getting 1 or 2 shifts a week right now. If I'm going to find another job I'll probably just quit this one

Thanks, I try. If I had motivation I'd already have taken courses on writing, and video game programming. I don't want to start a course and then lose my motivation partway through, which is why I haven't started one yet. Which I guess is just excuses

Yeah! We've been planning both for years!

Yeah, it was supposed to be both her Christmas and birthday present for multiple year's worth, she just hasn't found one she wants

Last night was good. My parents are out camping or something. I woke up late but that's because I went to the doctors in the morning and went to bed late. (He says my shoulder is fine now). I had Kraft Dinner. I watched videos. I played games (mostly Genshin Impact. I didn't get the character I want, but there's still time, so if I do enough wishes aka pulls I might still get her because if you don't get the banner character the first time around, the next time (either in that banner or the next) is a guarantee, so here's hoping!) And I cuddled my dog and had a good night!
