Thanks for the well wishes and posting in my thread during my absence.

Thanks Dragoness *hugs* It's nice to see all the designs being realized.

I had physical therapy and even though it was only once a week it wore me out. Immediately after I my physical therapy ended, I became so tired and sleepy but I couldn't do much of anything. Seems to be the new med I started 3 months ago was making me too drowsy. I was taking it 3x a day for my fibro pain and dropped down to 2x a day and already feel so much better. Well, at least I'm alert. Fibro is being a pain and making me feel unwell in other ways. :/ But hopefully I can be active during this event.

Awesome! It can be hard to get through each episode because they are so long but it's really a great "show". I try to watch the show live but get an episode or so behind at times. I usually aim to watch an hour or two at a time when catching up.

I was really tired after my physical therapy appointments but as I have gotten stronger I feel so much better. I hope you will get stronger and feel better. Have you ever got your blood tested for particular virus strains?

I did well during physical therapy but it's not as noticeable at home. But I think that one med has hindered my progress.
I'm getting some blood tests done, routine yearly Medicare exam. Found out that it's more for seniors which is a little annoying because not everyone on medicare is elderly. :/
My physical therapist urged me to see an ENT to check out my balance issues. I need to find another rheumatologist to treat my fibro but I don't know if I should wait to get approved for medicaid(again). Medicare isn't helping much with costs.

oh that is terrible medicare isn't covering! My PT showed me some exercises to do for balance which are similar to the one my Chiro has me do.
[+] SPOILER
( stand in a doorway so that your hands are toward the door jams in case you start to fall. Close your eyes and lift up one leg slightly so you are standing on one leg. Hold for about 10 seconds if you can. Build up the time to 20 seconds. Switch legs, close your eyes and lift the opposite. If you find you tip in one direction more then start with that leg, switch and go back to the problem leg again.)

Check for the epstein-barre virus for your blood test, it effects your balance and causes fatigue and mimics chronic fatigue syndrome and can eventually affect your muscles.

Thanks Lemon!
Can't remember if my PT told me the at-home alternative to what we were doing there.
I'll have to ask my Primary doctor if he's check for that yet.

Dragoness, I love user designing contests. I'm glad to have been able to submit because usually I can't seem to find the time.
