Possibly. Usually some sites will ask you if its daylights savings or not, but I don't think this one did.

I didn't realize it showed local time. That's really cool. I thought it asked about DST, but I didn't pay attention much at the time.

Each persons timestamp is each persons actual time well not accounting for daylight savings it seems
