Yes, I expect only newbie threads on there xD not a charity subforum. Usually charities are included in the... uhn what's the name. Selling forums.

I think the charity would be easy for new users to find but harder for the rest of us. Although I do see it pop up in the unread threads list.

By the way, I ended up doing those neck stretches you wrote about ^^
I need to get back to doing my OT/PT stretches and exercising.

If your Occupational and Physical therapist gave you specific exercises to do for your body then try to keep those up. Sometimes mine adds some other ones or changes them out a bit depending on my mobility but I have so much more movement then I did a few months ago.

The nice thing is that you don't need a lot, just a few sets of 10 each time is enough.

I use to do some stretches while I had food in the microwave. But I can't do that if I'm feeling too famished.
Yeah that's what I do, a set of 10, fewer if I'm not able to do more of something.
Yesterday I did go outside and walk in my backyard at least.

I think even a little bit helps, just to get your circulation flowing and not allow stuff to stagnate or pool.

Hello JinMay! It is so hot I have been not sitting for long... at least there was a bit of air conditioning at work today.

What have you been up to? How are you feeling? Are you planning on working for the summer at all?

Well I hope I can get some sort of job since I wasn't able to get into school this semester.
(I'm still kinda bummed about it but oh well)
I've been doing a lot of reading. Or at least trying to.
Finished one book and started reading another one. As much as I'd love to buy books, I have about 21 books I still haven't read so I want to finish those. lol

good idea, read through what you have and it sounds like there is some other interesting reads from discussions on other threads so check those out! Lots of places are looking for part time summer help so I hope you find something and can make some extra cash.
