Could be a virus...food poisoning... ingesting something toxic ( some guy in michigan I think was caught spraying veggies and fruit at a grocery store with a rat poison mixture),... handling certain toxic plants can make you sick...being constipated can make you feel like morning sickness...cramps...not eating enough (having an empty stomach too long) can make you feel like throwing up and nauseated not wanting to eat.

Food poisoning? Everywhere I go must have the same source then, so that seems unlikely. Plus I get the shits from food poisoning, not puking
Dunno where I'd deal with a toxic plant, especially since I'm inside pretty much all the time
No constipation, I still poop fine
Empty stomach is a maybe, but I think that's just part of it

well, you know if it persists or you get dehydrated then go get it checked out. Change of medication can do it too or food allergies. You unfortunately have medical history that may make you want to call and ask the Drs of your symptoms to see what they say.

We went to urgent care today
Apparently I am severely constipated and dehydrated
Knew about the latter, kinda hard to keep hydrated when you puke it back up
I'm sitting here going "but I still poop fine" ._.

Ya, when our bodies are constipated they really don't want you putting anything more in there! Sometimes try eating a spoonful of olive oil or drinking warm water to help loosen things up. Glad they figured it out - did they give you a laxative?

Either way I got diarrhea halfway through a bag of popcorn

Everything's still achy but yay for it starting to come out?
