I have returned...sorta. lol
I'm sorry I haven't been around. I'm not the best multi tasker and lately I've just been working out and watching routine videos.

Oi, thanks! I was planning on working out today but decided not to. I wanted to work out for an entire week straight but a friend told me that it would be a bad thing to do that. -shrugs-

Yeah, too much working out is not good on the body.
I am doing alright. I had a headache earlier but it is going away.
I did misplace my EBT (foodstamps) card and have to look more in the morning when there is better light.

Yeah that's what my friend told me.
Maybe I'll workout tomorrow or the day after. lol
I have a slight headache too. I slammed my forehead against my door yesterday as I opened it. xD

I had a headache when I started the cold virus I had last week. Thankfully it is gone now.

Strangely I have no bruise, just a bump now. It hurts to touch it.

the bruise may come later then - ouch - you must have hit yourself pretty good.

I stepped wrong and sprained the BOTTOM of my foot on Saturday at work and it has been sore to walk on it for days.
I had a power nap and feel better. Am going to eat some dinner soon.

Hmm, perhaps you're right. Yeah I hit my head very hard against the door. It was an accident but still, you could hear the smack sound the door made when it met my forehead. Brought tears to my eyes but I laughed them off.

Have you iced it at all?
Hopefully it heals soon. I'm planning on getting a small snack later.
