yumm that beef soup does look delicious ... I made myself some beet soup because I had a couple beets in my garden that I tried growing for fun...and beets are good for iron.

chopped baby corns
some corn kernels
minced brocolli
mince carrots
chicken broth
pepper
some dried leafy herbs
few mince celery
some cornstarch
water
salt/mushroom powder
shredded slice of bread (for mushroom subs)
