oh, I have to watch my cholesterol as well. Nuts (especially almonds) help boost the good cholesterol so the bad goes down. Sadly, had to make ice cream & pizza treats ... although mozzarella & parmesan aren't too bad on the saturated fats & cholesterol. I always have eaten low fat meat as I have a fat absorption issue ( makes me throw up).

Something to be diligent on as it can creep up easily. Don't want to have bypass surgery when we get older!

I used to live on pizza, well not really, but probably ate that more often than anything else. It's really bad for you to do that. (It's the carbs/refined flour.) I can't even remember the last time I've had it now.

The last few years when I've had it, I basically stopped eating the crust. I know it's hard to do, but that's the part that messes up my bloodwork. Homemade pizza using non-wheat based crust is the compromise that makes made it OK for me to eat. Excessive carbs are killing everyone. Moderation!

Last night was good. Me sis woke me up (very kind of her). I had butter chicken, peas, and pesto pasta salad (I love pesto pasta salad). I did some chores. I watched videos, played games, used Discord bot, chatted on Discord, downloaded music, and had fun! I also played Staf Wars Battlefront 2 with my BFF, which was a surprise because he had said he'd be busy! (Turns out he said that because he wasn't sure if he'd make it so decided to just say he couldn't so that way there were no expectations)



I work tonight and then I'm off. Not sure how long because I'm technically scheduled Sunday but I had asked for Sunday off (before they did the schedule, mind you) so my manager said he'd talk to the schedule guy and figure things out

Last night was excellent. I woke on time and got ready for me friend. He showed up 2 hours late, but he let me know beforehand so all good. We watched Star Wars Tales of the Jedi, and two episodes of Star Wars The Bad Batch, whilst eating chips and later eating pizza. Then he left. I cleaned up a bit, then watched videos. I actually fell asleep watching a video and woke to my sister (gently) bopping me on the forehead as she arrived home from her work. Then I chatted with another friend on Discord vc (though because of how tired I was I opted to not play Battlefront 2 with him because when I'm tired I'm not good at games and am prone to frustration). We chatted a bit, then he left. Hopefully we can play tonight. I watched videos, played games, chatted on Discord text, and had fun

It really was a blast





Now hopefully tonight I can go back to night schedule

Last night was grand. I woke up on time (yay!). I watched videos, played games, etc. My friend and I chatted on Discord vc and played B2. My sister made her and I some chicken fingers and fries. I talked to peeps on Discord.
But! Mainly I watched My Hero Academia on Crunchyroll! And tonight imma watch My Hero Academia Two Heros (a movie) on Crunchyroll if it has it! So ye, excited





Hopefully tonight I wake on time. Also, since my sister was nice and made dinner last night, even though she had just got back from work, I shall make it tonight!

Last night I woke on time, got things ready, and promptly fell back asleep until iirc 8:30
I made supper when my sister got home
I did some chores
I watched videos, played games, chatted with my gf on Discord text, used Poketwo bot, chatted with my old work friend over vc for a little bit, and had fun





Now tonight is my last night off, then I'm in Wednesday and Friday
Also I have z therapy appointment Wednesday
