Ya, I think the commemorative wings have never been available for purchase in a shop? Aren't they usually a drop item? I think it is nice we are branching out to other forms of wings too and these water wings fit in with the water cape and ocean scenes we have..

The amount of hand holding and walking through orders is ridiculous in drive thru.

I thought you prompt to "Upsale" items to bring more money in for the company. We have to throw options in to try and get more out of the customer.

It's hard to try to upsale and take cash at the same time.

I do my usual greet, let them know they can order when theyre ready if they didn't reply the first time.

They'll say 1 thing and stop

They won't be done. They'll be waiting for me to say ok or anything else or whatever.

If the items you want show up on the screen, I'm obviously listening so there is no need to pause. I can multitask to a certain degree. I can take your order and count money.

I had someone order 2 happy meals. I walked them through the first one hoping the second they would just glide thru. But no. I had to hold their hand thru the second.

Do you know how much time that wastes to hand hold through every item in ones order?

Long enough it slows the whole drove through down and my managers yelling at me to move faster.

It took one customer 5 minutes for his under $10 order because he didn't know what he wanted.

I'm done with people. And they wonder why the drove thru is always slow. It's the customers most of the time.

The bright side is you get paid by the hour!

The downside is the manager is yelling to speed up. But being in a car sometimes it is difficult to hear the person inside and you do pause to see if they got it because the screen can be difficult to see as well!

I want to tell the managers that I can only move as fast as the customers and the customers are taking their precious fucking time because they don't know the concept of a wallet and cashing change out so I'm not counting pennies for 10 minutes for their $5 order. But I can't. Customers would hear and complain.

They should video every customer and transaction at every business.

Can you call someone to help and just have those people pull over to the side so you can take care of the customers who are ready to order and pay?

It wouldn't really help. It gets too busy for managers to watch every customer order. It's just not plausible.

No. You have to stand there and wait and I can tell you that I am 99% sure the car behind them is also not ready.
