Are you talking about videoing customers? It's only to have recordings of the idiots to verify their issues, not to constantly watch. I'm not sure if people are stupider today, or because of video we can see more bad behavior that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. I have a feeling that with the loss of shame, it's more of the former although the latter may be somewhat true too.

Ya know, i know in the following scenario, i shouldn't have done what I did, but can't change that now and its.
Customer: can I get some dipping sauce? Coworker: extra sauce is $0.25. Customer: even for getting some for my fries? Coworker: yes Customer walks away I made the mistake to not wait til the customer is gone. Me: -points to sign--to coworker- there's a sign saying we charge extra for sauces. Customer:-heard what I said- excuse me. I saw the sign...
lol, people try to get away with whatever they can...(some places don't charge for extra sauce though, just ask how many we want when we pick up the order). At least you let them know sauce is extra, I've also been to places where they charge for sauces but don't tell you.
But we have signs, but enough and at eye level where they will see but they still ask.
We used to do free sauce, but when the ownership changed, that and many other things changed. I like to think it's to keep people from getting 20 sauces for free.
We put those signs up to inform people. But it seems 99% of the customers cany read or comprehend a simple sentence a child can understand.
I still feel the food has something to do with how stupid some people are.
