Well, so long as you are getting some fluid to stay down so you don't get dehydrated. With all the water sewer problems you have been having is your water ok to drink? (nothing backed up into the drinking water I hope).
Could be you just have the flu?

We use bottled water for drinking water and that's all fixed anyway
