I can't believe I had to argue with a customer over free fries.


Got so mad I panicked and now im hoping the gym calms me down.

Yeah. They had a coupon for free fries. The coupon was applied and they insisted they never mentioned it. I told them and showed them on the receipt where they didn't have to pay for the fries and how it was promo'd off. They continued to argue. I told them it doesn't matter anymore because they're getting free fries and to pull to the next window to get their food. Them stubborn asses didn't move. I was already starting to panic, slammed the window shut, threw off the headset and kinda stormed off. Then, after I cooled down, told a manager. They said that they would have said "well, you can pay for the fries if its that big of a problem to you". I just wanted them to f off. You got free fries. Get on with your damn life.

But yeah, the gym made me feel better. Sore, but not too stressed out.

Of course that's a joke, but you can't deny people overreact and are rude because they just can't be wrong!

that's one way to look at it...stories to add flavor to your day when you look back at it...my friend who works at a local hotel says one day we are going to write a book about our customers drama.
