do you have any trips planned to visit family this summer?

Actually went to see my parents Wednesday. Eagle called an exterminator and we had to be out of the house for 4 hours. I figured we couldn't do much with having our dog with us so we went to my parents. I always plan to see them around my birthday but I'll have to see how I'm doing next month.

Looks like a group of us will be going to Anime expo again this year. The crowds get to be so overwhelming though, each year it seems like they add 10,000 plus more people and it can be difficult to walk around certain times of the day plus there are purse/bag checks just to get in to the building. Didn't use to be like that. But it is always fun to see the cosplay, people are so creative.

Otherwise I will be working since the other girl is taking off most of the summer.

I didn't get to see my father, we headed out before he got home, which was a shame. It was nice seeing my mother at least.

Lemon: Cons are fun but yeah the crowds can be too much. I use to go to Otakon and it was so crowded back in 2007 that I didn't know if I could go back again, and haven't been back. I had wanted to go to Katsucon but I heard that grew really crowded too.

Sometimes one on one time is good, next time you go hopefully you can be there when your dad is off work.

I usually spend a week or two in July at my parents. The best time to see him is Christmas when he has a week or so off of work.

A longer stay is nice - not so rushed. But it sounds like you have gotten pretty settled in your place you are in now so maybe you don't want to go for so long?

I don't feel that comfortable at my parents anymore. Nothing against my parents it's just I'm more at home at my own place. But I do agree it's nice when I can stay longer and take it more easy.

Ugh so frustrated with my dentist office. I got the bill back and now for some reason the cost is jacked up. Even though I was told the bill was resubmitted to my insurance the office manager I spoke with just now said they never got my insurance info for this year so they had no one to submit the insurance claim to. I gave them my info and now it's going to my insurance. The office sounds so dysfunctional. I just want to be done with them.

Watery: Don't be afraid to ask for a treatment plan print out and confirm when you go to leave that they are billing your insurance. If they have people filling in someone is bound to not get it right.

We've talked to the office manager last fall in person and went over everything. Didn't happen this year.

Been an eventful week here. We have new roommates.
