you need to figure out what refreshes you and helps to give you a new or positive outlook again and then you should feel better. do you have friends you can laugh with?
That sounds like me Spy I have that as well. Some days I am extremely hopeful and want to talk to people and then other days I'm extremely depressed and want everyone to leave me alone. *nods head*
Here lately, I've been rather down in the mood department... I've been friend deprived for quite a chunk of time now and its killing my happy level greatly. So its great that you've had some good days!
Exercise really helps. And I try not to stay alone for too long because I get lonely and despondent. I'd be happy to talk to you if you need a friend. I can give you my kik or Skype and I'll respond as soon as I get a chance
My work day is like a workout... And once I get home I have no time to do much so no time to really work out once I'm home anyways. I may take you up on that offer. Though my main cure is to have someone only a few feet from me, even my online life has been kind of quieter than usual.
