vegetable bouillon will help too...it's more about getting warm liquid's (with some nutritional value) into your body to flush out the toxins of the virus.
Also, I just learned from a lady who donated a kidney that when you take ibuprophen or any NSAID pain drug you need to drink a lot of water because it is hard on your kidney's ( she can't take those kinds of pain killers anymore since she only has one kidney after donating the other and was told not to).
Just don't over do the fluids and flood the electrolytes out of your system. Probably why bouillion or soup are good because they usually contain salt as well.

Don't over do it! Take a nap maybe when you get done work, glad you are feeling better. Dizzy can be also because you have not been eating much or lingering congestion.
I nap when I get home, lay on the couch and take a snooze. We don't have a break room at work, most of the day I am standing since we share the computer I often don't get time to sit until end of the day.
ok, so...if you have been eating a carb reduced diet for awhile, do not, I repeat DO NOT, eat a carb saturated diet (like a Thanksgiving meal) for two days in a row!!! It just doesn't sit right in the tummy.
