Over here they have free testing for covid. And even if it is covid19 it does not mean you have to be hospitalized. I'm more worried you have a sinus infection.
If you feel sick (for any reason), it is good practice to try and quarantine yourself until symptoms go away and the best thing is to stay hydrated, eat healthy and get rest for what ever it is.
If it is from allergies then take antihistamine's, here you can purchase them over the counter so you can probably order them online. You can take zinc in a candy form, zinc is also good against the cold virus (which is a corona virus) or the covid-19.
For a fever tylenol is a better fever reducer, Ibuprophen is more an anti inflammatory but also reduces fever.
I have a friend who lost her sense of smell (which affects your taste) from a bad sinus infection.

You could just have a nasal bacterial infection. - smoking
gum inflammation, such as gingivitis or periodontal disease
medication, including lithium, thyroid medications, and cancer treatments
Sjogren’s syndrome, an autoimmune disease that causes dry mouth and dry eyes
head or ear injuries
nutritional deficiencies, especially vitamin B-12 and zinc
There is lot's of medical help online. They don't always have to see you in person. If you are already home isolating and don't suspect an infection then home flu remedies usually are enough. ( Chicken soup broth, fluids with electrolytes like coconut water, sugar free sports drink, tea or hot lemon & ginger, and a multi-vitamins (hopefully with a vit B12 and zinc), If symptoms get worse or you develop more then contact a Dr.
Be well soon!
