Well only if she wants to join Mika jumped the gun just a wee bit calling her sister. Little Birdy is Fuu-Chan's irl sister so Fuu-Chan saying sister to Little Birdy is the real deal! Little Birdy hasn't said if she wanted to join yet Mika just figures since Fuu=Chan wanted to be her Winkaze Twin sister then Little Birdy might be a sister in the Winkazes too. XD
