oh...and I did NOT have to get naked for the massage...not into that...too weird for me...

The oriental foot soaks and massages are nice on the feet.

For the physical therapy I have had to get into a gown but I can leave my undergarments on - the ultrasound massager that they use relaxes my muscles in my neck quite a bit.

TENS units are lifesavers. But be careful with them. I burned my skin once keeping it on too long.

tens machine's are kind of funky. I can only have them on for a short period of time.

it moves your muscles - not so much a massage as it exercises your muscles to make them stronger.

I hate when I am craving something but can't pin point it...then I eat everything to try and figure it out :cry:
