ha, that wouldn't make sense ( that's what I get for posting at night) so I edited my post - I meant the idea of it. However, you could probably suggest costume design as an idea but unless they used your photo of what you made I doubt they would pay you for the idea.

I know 3M does a lot of promotions with duct tape-- if you make something out of entirely (or mostly) duct tape, and they like it, they've been known to send out money, scholarships, or lifetime supplies of duct tape or something related. Maybe pipe cleaners has something similar?

it's not about the outfits its about how you use their product and the more product they can sell the better so the more your design uses the better. Kind of a supply and demand incentive. but I imagine 3M is a much bigger company then the pipe cleaners and I have seen 3M sponsor events so they have more money and probably want ideas.
