the reflection lake makes the shelf background look different on your avatar even though it is the same item as on my docks BG, pretty cool

It appears darker with the reflection background and opposed to your dock background. I guess it's later in the day here ;)

Shame, I hope you can sleep better tonight.
I have to take something each night. It's a medicine that has a side effect of drowsiness but I'm only using it as a sleep aid.

I was visiting a friend today and she takes 5 mg of Melatonin. She said 1 mg did not work for her and 10 mg did not seem to be any different then the 5 mg.
I tried looking it up:
"Between two tenths of a milligram and five milligrams 60 minutes before bedtime is a typical dose for adults, while children should take a smaller dose. Too much melatonin can disrupt your sleep cycle, so start with the smallest dose "

gives dosage amounts and when to take for all sorts of problems - inflammation, chronic fatigue, sleep disorder, asthma, fibromyalgia, withdrawal from anti anxiety meds, chronic lung disorders, etc .

I did not realize it was used for so many conditions.

always good to check with your Doctor and Pharmacist before taking anything new - especially if you are already taking medications or other supplements...just to be on the safe side.

Yeah, there could be reactions between meds/supplements that make something ineffective or cause negative side effects.
