I've donated my hair 3 times. I found out that they can be picky with what they accept so I'm not sure if it's worth it to donate anymore since I've got so many split ends.

I forget what causes split ends... but I haven't gotten them in a long while.However, I have fine hair so you'd need an awful lot of it and I haven't ever grown it long enough ( they need like 12 to 18 inches?) without cutting it super short.

I'd be curious as to how you can go about selling your hair.

Dunno if locks of love is way too picky or if they give shit quality wigs or if there's something else going on, but ive heard tell to avoid them

They should be able to apply a keratin treatment to your hair, and trim up what they can't fix to repair your hair enough for wigs. I am not sure if it was locks for love, or another organization, but one of them was supposedly just selling wigs for lots of money and not donating anything to anyone who the charity was supposed to benefit.

we use to make fairies out of pipe cleaners and used fabric flower petals for dresses/clothes. They turned out so pretty.

The flies/insects you did look like a fun way to use pipe cleaners too Kit
