Noice! Ya I kno Pixelmon, I used to be in a survival Pixelmon server with online friends! I still rember the time I was running between the local mart/center and my house and saw a Zorua (a beloved mon of mine, and a rare one) but didn't have any pokeballs on me, so I quickly made some, went back, and it was gone, sadge





Last night was good! Woke on time, had a sub for dinner, did several chores
Played Battlefront with friends, watched an episode of Spider Noir, did a build session of the Minecraft rp series, read, watched videos, listened to music, played games, had fun



Now I work tonight

Just a cough now, and throat tickle




Last couple nights were good. Work went well, I believe, wore a mask just in case, then went to breakfast restaurant, the lateness of which was why I didn't post yesterday. Supper last night was pesto pasta salad and just some snacky stuff. Did some chores
I played Battlefront with friends, helped with nap testing, played some Cobblemon, read, listened to music, watched videos, played games, had fun!



Now I'm off until Wednesday

Punishment without prompt feedback is not discipline, it's punitive. Bad managers are unfortunately the norm. Good managers are rare.

Believe it or not, but positive feedback when managers do well/the right thing helps everyone and typically begets more of the same. Although managers are in positions of authority and/or seniority, affirmation of good managing typically helps. I should write a book on How to Manage Managers to Help Them Become Better Managers (despite their shortcomings)...

My fanpires session was great, I actually felt like an important character because I spent a large portion of the session helping protect two other characters from any potential vampire threats (even watching over them on my own)!
