Anyway, the second pix is the completed dish? So it's melted cheese on top of mushrooms with tomatoes on top? Looks yummy and healthy!

I'm not a fan of goat cheese but I am happy to think how good it would be with another soft cheese! Tomatoe's drizzled with balsamic vinegar & olive oil is delish on its own!

Go check out the planet Jupiter & its moons! I could see them with my binoculars!

I for one am glad that I knew about the Jupiter thing. I can't see very well so I don't get to gaze either how, but it's still a really cool moment in history.

I find it amazing a good set of binoculars helps us to see better than telescopes that were invented 100's of years ago when they were first discovering the planets!

What use are the stars
If they're so far?
Do they help our cars?
What use is Mars?
Does it help pay at bars?
Why should we care about a planet that isn't ours?

They found a molecule on the moon that we don't have on Earth which I believe they think came from a piece of Mars that could help us with clean energy - but they'd have to go to the moon to mine it... what they find on another planet could help our planet so we best take care of the planets we go to! Future generations may truly kiss Earth good bye.

Sorry you can't see well grass Kitten ... can you at least zoom in on images on your monitor? The James Webb telescope is sending back some amazing images from other planets and beyond. I like to zoom in and enlarge them!
