Oolongs are always good! But Earl Grey is easier to find, and I like it with some sugar, vanilla, and milk. (I think that's called London Fog?)

I love serious analysis and discussion on metal genres. It's common to just dismiss the entire genre as just meaningless 'noise', because it's not a genre oriented for mass marketability and appeal, but it does require technique and serious creativity to produce the sounds associated with it now.

Metal is the music genre that's focused on riffs and all kinds of distortion, be it from the guitars (overdrive), percussion, or vocals.
