Its not the same Spy. With tektek you can use any item you want xD I like using what's in my inventory when I make things.

Pffft I meant my age Mika! Haha which would mean in 2003 then yeah I was 17 turning 18 at the time. Not sure if I joined it or not at that age or my early 20's. XD

Zantarni has a dream avatar maker as well and that was what I used when I first joined to make my avie I have now. Once I obtained my dream I never wanted to change it. XD

Tekton is busy with his other site, Recolor, and ever since Gaia gave him the boot, Tektek has been hurting some. He tries to keep tektek update, but it's harder since he's technically not welcome to Gaia anymore so he has a harder time in getting the newer items for updating tektek....

Plus Gaia pushes out items left and right and recolors of them too now every day by the boat load. And he rather just focus on keeping Recolor running smoothly in the end since he's washed his hands of Gaia.

Well, iirc Tekton was up there in Gaia's ranks and he was getting a little tired of how Gaia was wanting money and running and the market and well the CEO told him to step down that he didn't need to be there then if he didn't like it. Which is how the idea to start Recolor was started since Tekton didn't want a site like Gaia was being. So he got a team together and opened Recolor up which, iirc, didn't sit too well with the Gaia's CEO and, from what I heard, they told him to never come back or there would be trouble.

I know if you even mention a hint of Recolor on Gaia or Tekton you will be banned if they catch you without a warning (they do the 'offsite advertisement' ban but still).

Yeah. But the thing is is that the mods are only really targeting Recolor links atm and that with the most hostility x'D

That's messed up. He was in a way just speaking for ALOT of users.... That's why I quit. I got tired of everything being the cash shop... And then the inflation happened... Gaia really just doomed themselves... Only the artists that are good can really make a profit there. Its almost pointless for normal users unless you 'know how to play the marketplace' from what I've heard.

For me it was a lack of friends that made me quit. My irl friends could care less about the site and at the time I thought they were more important then my online ones.
