Just at the college and they still insist that they never got the paperwork that they lost three times

get them to sign that they received it if you have to submit the paperwork again....either certified mail or write a letter when you bring it in for them to sign - that is ridiculous they can't find it!

(Did you make sure they don't have it under a misspelled name for you? I knew someone that they had filed it under her name but had misspelled it so it was in the wrong file and also one who they wrote the student number wrong and filed it incorrectly, didn't even check that the number didn't match the name!)
